All logos, designs, trademarks, product images, and content displayed on the Wood Pecker platform are the exclusive property of Wood Pecker. Unauthorized copying, reuse, distribution, or reproduction of any material is strictly prohibited.

3. Delivery & Courier Responsibility

Wood Pecker is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen logistical issues. Once the product is delivered, any damage due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation will not be covered.

Wood Pecker shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused due to improper use, modification, or failure to follow care and usage instructions after delivery of the product.
