Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted. Verification is required before approval of cancellation.

3. Return Eligibility (Accepted Only If)

Returns are accepted strictly under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Major manufacturing defect

4. Return Not Accepted For

Returns are not accepted for natural marks, grains, or color variations in wood, customer change of mind, damage caused after delivery, used or altered products. Natural variations in wood are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.

5. Verification Process

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to inspection and verification by the Wood Pecker team. Customers may be required to provide images or videos of the product for assessment.

6. Replacement Policy

If a return request is approved after verification, a replacement product or store credit will be provided. Refunds in cash or bank transfer are not guaranteed and are issued only at the company’s discretion.

7. Store Credit

Store credit, if issued, can be used for future purchases on the Wood Pecker platform and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof. Do not use or install the product and keep original packaging intact.

9. Final Decision

All decisions regarding cancellation, return, replacement, or store credit made by Wood Pecker after verification shall be final and binding.
