How to Request Deletion

If you have created an account in the Wood Pecker app and wish to delete your account, please send an email from your registered email address to:

Email: woodcraftfurniture.store@gmail.com

Required Details

• Registered Email Address
• Registered Phone Number
• Company Name
• Reason for Deletion (optional)

Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days after verification.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your login credentials will be permanently removed
• Your dealer account access will be revoked
• Your personal and business data will be deleted from active systems
• Some data may be retained for legal or financial compliance
