Dispatch timelines depend on product availability:
Orders are processed only after order confirmation and verification.
Delivery time varies based on location, courier partner, and product type. Estimated timelines are shared after dispatch. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, distance, and shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at the time of order confirmation.
Tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or within the app once the order is dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by our courier partners.
Wood Pecker is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your product arrives damaged: take clear photos/videos immediately, do not install or use the product, and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within the specified time may result in rejection of replacement or return requests.
Customers are advised to inspect packages at the time of delivery. Any visible damage should be noted immediately and reported to our support team.
Wood Pecker shall not be held liable for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.
